John J. Brunzelle

John passed away on October 4th, following a battle with metastatic cancer.

John shared 47 years of marriage with his wife, Louise. Together, they raised their blended family of 8 children.

John spent more than 35 years working for Milwaukee County. A hardworking man throughout his life, he was dedicated to his work and maintained a strong work ethic over the course of his career, and received many commendations.

John was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 53 years. His faith was an important part of his life, and he enjoyed sharing with others the Bible’s hope for the future.

John had a jovial spirit and a sense of humor that those who knew him will remember. He lived life in his own way, creating memories and sharing experiences with the many people he met throughout his life.

John is survived by his wife, Louise; his children, Ernie (Athena), Erika (Ryan), Gretchen, Peter (Casey), Havilah (Joshua), Heidi, Jonathan (Samantha), and Luke (Elyse); grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
