Naomi Dawn Pietzsch


Naomi Dawn Pietzsch, born on October 24, 1977, in Oahu, Hawaii, passed away on November 15, 2024, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was 47 years old.


Naomi spent her early childhood in Hawaii before moving to Wisconsin in 1984 at the age of six. She embraced both her Hawaiian roots and Midwestern upbringing, blending them into a life filled with grace and individuality. In 2018, she returned to Hawaii, living on Maui for three years before coming back to Wisconsin.


Professionally, Naomi dedicated over two decades to Environmental Innovations, where her work left a meaningful impact. Most recently, she brought her characteristic warmth and dedication to her role at That's Amore.


Naomi is lovingly remembered by her three children: Malia (18), Jonah (17), and Leilani (1). She is also survived by her mother, Christine Pietzsch; her three sisters: Angela Sommerfeld (Partner Robert Vincent and daughters Sophira and Alexandria), Glori Butero (Husband Troy Butero and children Justice, Zyon and Star), and Emali Day (Husband Dennis Day and children Kona, Hina and Asa); her partner, Richard Szweda; and his daughter Cecilia; her ex-husband Ryan Stanell (father of Malia and Jonah). Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Naomi has been cremated, and her ashes will be spread by her immediate family in Hawaii—a heartfelt tribute to the place where her journey began.


Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest peacefully surrounded by the beauty of the islands that shaped her spirit.
